     Over the past years, hard working is the key point to be succeed. No wonder why there goes a proverb that:“Success is because of one point of intellgence, but plusing ninty-nie points of efforts. ”  Hard work is the truth for people to get better liveas or trying the best to be succeed.  However, time has changed, with the developing of technology and revolutionizing of communication system, such as Internet and global mass communicaton web.  It begins to change people’s lives, behaviors and the concepts of getting knowledge, even againsting the concepts of being success.  In recent days, hard work is still the only way to become succeed, but luck is another important factor that could help people be successful.

     Firstly, as we all know that, with the appearance of“Blue Ocean Strategy ”, it clearly indicates that our tranditional markets seem to be enough to develpoe, many people compete with each otherin the former enviornment, and there’s no more chances and spaces could provide people worl and earn money.  In this society, job is become more and more difficult to have, if people want to get a stable job or just want to find a simple career, they can’t do nothing but choosing the blue ocean market, trying to find a new opportunity to get a job.  There comes a problem that, blue ocean is a new situation, no one could expect or predict what will happen when you take this road, so that luck becomes very important for people to get rid of risks and dangers, even helping the discoverya new wonderland in this new market. As the result, luck plays an important part for people run away from any chances to belost or fail.

     Secondly, I’d like to emphasize that luck is an important role for people who take challenges to enter blue ocean market, but luck is also play another meaningfulpart to us find the best driection and new profit in “Long Tail Theory”.  Everybody knows that, the companies could get a lot of benefits is just because they sell their products and put out their things successfully, but we can find an interesting situation, when news and television reports something is good in some period, many stores would follow that fashion to sell the same thing, and after that time, once became popular, but becoming old-fashioned very fast. It because that most companies and stores just focus on the former five percentage’s products, they ignore after that there still have a long tail in the market could help them be succeed.  Because of this reason, peoplewho want to find another new productsbrining a new peak of long tail, luck is the main factor for people analyze specificallyand choose carefully.At this moment, if one can duscoveranother brand new market in long tail and taking on the fashionable’s train by luck, it could result a new world in the life.

     In conclusion, through the show ing of globalization’s wave , hard work is still the importantmethod to be succeed, but we can’t forget luck, this minor factor in this changeable society.  Everyonesays that:“No pain, no gain”, that is true, but sometimesif one can use the advantages of luck and do things by hard work, I believe that, luck isn’t nothing to do with success at all.
