DIVORCE AGREEMENT

The parties concerne--The male party：

                             --The female party：

The above mentioned couple agree to divorce because of basic difference in ideas and opinions, the terms & conditions of this agreement are as following：

1.     The matrimonial relationship of ○○○＆○○○is annulled, each party may hereafter marry another personof his/her choice, the other party can not interfere with.

2.    Guardianship of child-

Their first son ○○○ and first daughter ○○○ are raised and in custody of the male party.

3.     Process of properties—

The ownership of the land & house, loacated at○○○, belongs to the male party.

4.     Special terms—

The female party can not interfere with the male party’s & their two kid’s living after divorce registration managed, this agreement is made as evidence. The female party can cancel the male party’s surname.

The above mentioned terms & conditions of this agreement are effective on which both parties consented to sign and signatures of two witnesses in presence, their identifying documents have been proved to be true and correct, accordingly, this agreement is made in accordings.
