未來會想挑戰哭戲？陳孟賢害羞稱自己滿感性的，「粉絲寫信給我，我都會眼眶紅，只要故事情緒夠，我應該不會太多NG啦」。他認為結合己身經驗，特別想飾演從低潮翻身、努力追夢的角色，也不排斥飾演霸道總裁，「我也會練練眼神，看看粉絲會不會被電到」。
