花3千元幫狗狗戴「隱形眼鏡」？消息一出立刻在網路炸鍋，許多網友質疑飼主是為了讓寵物「變美」才如此揮霍。對此，中國媒體報導，遼寧瀋陽一名李姓女子因愛犬患病，與獸醫商議後，決定此一療法，李小姐強調這副鏡片並非美容隱眼，而是醫用角膜保護「繃帶鏡」，為了讓11歲的老狗治療眼疾才使用。

老狗罹患頑固性角膜潰瘍
據了解，李女的愛犬長期受「惰性角膜潰瘍」（Indolent Corneous Ulcer）困擾，嚴重時甚至連眼睛都睜不開。院方安排微創手術後，立即在患眼配戴醫用繃帶鏡，讓角膜獲得物理保護，並搭配每天6次眼藥水治療。短短7天後，潰瘍面積明顯縮小，狗狗已能自主睜眼，恢復狀況良好。

獸醫揭寵物隱眼真實用途

外媒透露獸醫指出，這類醫用繃帶鏡在動物眼科已應用超過5年，主要功能是保護角膜免於摩擦與感染，讓傷口有封閉濕潤環境加速修復。特別適合高齡、體弱、無法承受全身麻醉的犬貓個案，與「美容」完全無關。過去必須依靠反覆點藥水、甚至刮除角膜的傳統方式，如今可用隱眼方式降低風險並加快癒合。

寵物醫療需求快速升溫

根據卡布動物醫院2024年在粉專上分享指出，狗狗、貓咪其實也能「戴隱形眼鏡」，但並非為了矯正視力或美觀，而是用於保護角膜、加速發炎傷口的癒合。獸醫解釋，這類醫用「繃帶鏡」能隔絕角膜潰瘍或傷口受到眼皮摩擦與外界刺激，減少疼痛與沾黏，還能讓角膜上皮更快貼合生長，特別適合治療頑固性不癒合的潰瘍。適應症包含角膜潰瘍、眼瞼內翻、睫毛倒插或術後保護等，等於是寵物眼科的「傷口繃帶」，為高齡與脆弱毛孩帶來更安全有效的治療新選擇。
