月兒高掛在天空﹐

   光明照耀著四方。    

    愛在人間創造迴路﹐它是人們的精神源頭。人要先懂得愛自已﹐再推廣去愛人﹐關懷人而且樂於助人。經由幫助他人能幫助自已﹐認識自已而找到自我。愛令人產生一股超乎想像之外的力量﹐因愛﹐人生變得非常美麗神聖﹐智慧也由衷衍生。

         美國詩人﹐李爾克說﹕"深入你的內心﹐察看你的生命流動之處有多深。"內在的精神﹐深奧無限。它可帶領人通過光明與黑暗﹐到達人生命的核心而超脫一切與愛結合。 

    人生旅途﹐道路崎曲﹐讓人有時如置身迷宮般﹐茫然無助。此時只有愛的力量及智慧的引導﹐方能﹐柳暗花明又一村地﹐走入另一片美麗燦爛的人生。我曾多年徘徊﹐在美國﹐我是中國人﹔在台灣﹐我是美國人。不中不西﹐無所適從。如今才知那兩個世界分裂﹐全是假相。

    事實上﹐意識及潛意識之間的障礙﹐遠比想像中容易克服。只要心中有愛﹐不必做任犧牲﹐可選擇生命任何一邊而活。最後﹐兩個世界將融合為一。任何事均可實踐﹐任何夢想都可成真。

不中不西﹐四不像。

自由自在﹐任消遙。

    另 一種由愛激發出的東西﹐那使我願意一直來回徘徊的東西﹐它的名字叫“自由”。自由令人感到真正解放。我不必假裝渺小或去附和他人來認定自已是怎樣的人的看法而存活。 

    自由使我能﹐靜心地﹐聆聽內在深處的聲音。想飛多高就飛多高﹔想潛多深就潛多深。完全能自在地表達自已。因此﹐我深受福佑﹐時時刻刻充滿愛與喜悅。在此衷心的祝福您﹐一起和我分享這份愛與自由!

Love, 快樂格格

 
      At night, the moon is above the sky, beyond where we can reach.
      But moonlight shines through the sky,touching each of us.

Love is a source of human spirit. It creates many different paths of life....

     To gain love, people need to love themselves first. Then they can learn and share their love with others by caring and helping. Life becomes peaceful and joyful.
     From that, people gain wisdom that helps them find and recognize the true self. Love and wisdom are beyond our imagination. Love and wisdom make life beautiful and holy.
     An American poet wrote about seeking this loving force in the human spirit. He suggested we search our inner heart to inspect how deep our life floats. Human spirituality is an infinite force. If the force of the human spirit merges with love, then it becomes powerful. It can lead people through the light and dark sides of life, to reach enlightenment.
     The path of life is full of choices and challenges. Sometimes we feel like we are in a labyrinth. There are so many decisions to make.
  At some points, we feel lost and helpless. We walk aimlessly. But if people have faith, they will gain the power of love and wisdom that helps them to live through the dark until reaching the light.
     Years ago, I was lingering between the Eastern and Western worlds. In the U.S., I was Chinese. In Taiwan, I was American. I felt lost. I didn’t know where I belonged. I went through a dark, cold, night period of life.
     Fortunately I was blessed. During the dark, I was upbeat and never gave up. I had faith and believed in love. Finally, I found the one.
     I was empowered and inspired by the one I love. The love power had transformed my heart, soul and my life. Finally, I realized that the two divided worlds I had were not real but a delusion.
 In fact, the barrier between conscious and unconscious was not so tough to deal with as I had thought.
      Now I understand I don’t have to give up any side to live. I just choose one way. I love to live and be happy with it. Eventually the sides (worlds) will become one. My dream became true. Love makes things possible.


                         Not East nor West, but Self,
                  Love, peace and joy are everywhere I go.

      There was another thing generated from love. It gave me the strength to go back and forward. It is called “freedom”or liberation. Freedom empowered me to let go of many things. There was no sorrow,but instead, love in my heart. I didn’t need to pretend to be someone other than who I am...I am who I am.
     This liberation also enabled me to listen to my inner voice. By this kind of listening, people can fly as high as they want and go as far as they want.
      Now, I am fully under control of myself and express how I feel. Therefore, I feel so blessed. No matter where I go, there is love, peace and joy.  At this special moment, I want to share my love and joy with you. I give you my best wishes. Be free, always.
