The 33-year-old arrived to accept her gong at the Grimaldi Forum in Monte Carlo on Wednesday dressed in an eye-catching peacock gown.

And equally eye-catching diamond rings decorated her fingers.
The winner accented her blue eyes with dark eyeliner and nude lipstick.
She worked the line of flashing cameras in black pumps.

Following her grand walk to the podium, the hotel heiress tweeted, 'Thank you @NRJDJAwards! So honored & proud to win the "Female DJ Of The Year Award" at your awards.'
The trophy was handed to Paris after she was slammed earlier this month by popular DJs.
Many electronic hit-makers seemed upset when the socialite told the New York Post she earns $1 million per set.


In a scathing response on his Tumblr, Deadmau5 wrote, 'No need to prove that you found someone stupid enough to consider paying you a million dollars for something the world knows you arent… because here’s what you actually are to everyone who knows better.. ticket sales. nothing more.'
Fellow acclaimed spinner, Skrillex, said he would only perform next to Paris for a sum far larger than her usual price tag.
'I would do it for $5 million dollars and then give all of it to the sick people and starving children all over the world,' the Grammy winner told TMZ.
