Trump administration has started to launch a new round of trade war against China.  You know, America has done the same thing several times before, but to little avail.  I think this time America wants to thwart Chinas "Industry 2025" plan, and so take a pre-emptive attack on China now lest it should be too late.  Attached below is one of the critiques about this Sino-America "war", which may best support my observation.

P.S.  Maybe the almost simultaneous "Taiwan Travel Act" is one of secondary attacks.  But the act can only make China feel sick, nothing else.
