巧用小蘇打粉去除頑固黑頭

1.小蘇打粉少量(可以用我們平時喝酸奶的時候,隨送的塑料小勺子,半勺就可,加純淨水或礦泉水,按照1:10的比例,用小勺攪拌,直到小蘇打粉溶解。

2.取一片化妝棉泡在裡面,輕輕擰一下水分,半乾的狀態下,貼在鼻子上,也可以貼在下巴,額頭等油膩處,15分鐘後拿下來,不要等到干透。

這時候照鏡子觀察,鼻子上的黑頭就像用了黑頭導出液一樣,黑頭全都伏在上面了,有點噁心昂,然後千萬不要用暗瘡針挑,用什麼呢,用2張柔軟的面巾紙,用手按著面巾紙,在鼻子上從內往外來回揉擦,黑頭和油脂粒就會被擦下來,再看看面巾紙上的這些噁心的東西,你會發現很有成就感。最後用收縮水蘸化妝棉敷在鼻子上5分鐘。再告訴大家一個比用收縮水還管用的方法,提前在冰箱裡冰一些小冰塊,用紗布包裹,在清理後的鼻子周圍來回滾動5分鐘即可,收縮毛孔效果超理想哦~~

是什麼道理呢?原來小蘇打粉是鹼性,皮膚分泌的油脂是酸性,酸鹼中和就會把黑頭溶出來,黑頭就是堵塞在毛孔的油脂,經過空氣氧化,就會變得發黑。所以清理黑頭一定不要採用撕拉的方式,黑頭是需要溶解的。

那會不會對肌膚有傷害呢?護膚品牌配方師說,小蘇打是可以食用的,雖然是鹼性,但是不會像鹼粉一樣那樣傷害肌膚,所以用在皮膚上不會造成皮膚的傷害,但是敏感皮膚盡量少用。也不要用在嬌嫩的兩頰。
