My favorite places to shop in Taipei are Danshuei Old Street、三重 Night Market、Taipei Trainstation's 地下街. I have bought little adornments, books, shoeses, food, and many other things in those places. Goods in that places are cheap, so I like to buy things in those places. Sometimes I will go shopping with my friends, sometimes I just go shopping with myself.
