央行拚連三年繳庫2,000億 UDN記者任珮云／台北報導

中央銀行2026.05.19.將赴立法院財政委員會報告股息紅利繳庫情形。

2026年繳庫數為行政院核定預算數2,000億4,602萬7,000元，最終決算金額則須待今年底、明年初結算後才能確認。

不過，隨著外匯存底持續攀升，市場預期央行今年有望連續第三年繳庫突破2,000億元，再寫歷史紀錄。

根據統計，央行歷年繳庫決算數最高紀錄為2009年的2,380億元，主要受當時金融市場波動與資產收益挹注帶動；第二高則是2024年的2,004億元，第三高為2025年的2,002億元。

換言之，央行歷史上繳庫金額前三高紀錄中，有兩次出現在現任總裁楊金龍任內，顯示近年央行除執行政策目標外，也讓整體營運績效維持穩健。

外界關注，今年央行是否能延續高額繳庫表現。

市場人士指出，近年全球利率環境變化，加上新台幣資金動能與外匯存底規模持續擴大，皆有助提升央行收益來源。尤其台灣外匯存底近年頻創新高，在資產配置與投資收益帶動下，央行繳庫能力持續受到關注。

不過，央行強調，繳庫金額並非政策主要目標，央行核心任務仍在於維持物價穩定、金融穩定及促進經濟發展，相關收益則是在執行貨幣政策與外匯管理過程中所產生的成果。

央行表示，若政策執行與市場環境配合得宜，自然會反映在整體盈餘與繳庫表現上，可說是在達成政策目標之外，同步繳出良好營運成績。

近年來，央行在升息循環、匯率波動及全球金融市場震盪下，仍維持相對穩健操作，也使外界對其財務績效持續關注。

若今年決算數順利突破2,000億元，不僅將創下連續三年高額繳庫紀錄，也代表央行在兼顧政策穩定與國庫貢獻方面，再度交出亮眼成績單。
