看過電影魔戒相信對於恩雅天使般的聲音吟唱出的 May it be感動.

直到最近才真正讓我感觸深刻.

話說晚上的瑜珈課, 當課程快結束之前老師總會給學員們來個’癱屍式’大休息以舒緩放鬆下來.  他總是細心選出最佳的樂曲出來聆聽.   最近他選撥這首 

May it be, 曲長4分多鐘.  安靜躺在地板上, 這時時間總覺得已經暫停, 有如置於天堂般, 無論外面下課的學生有多吵, 無論外面天氣是風或是雨, 耳理傳來盡是優美的天籁聲, 想必用心的他知道這首樂曲可以讓我們全心放鬆…..

每回再聽到這首曲子, 總是不自覺想起上課時的情景, 好似自己在綠色大地與瑜珈大師學習且動作合而為一……還有對他的無限思念!!!!
