南臺科技大學與勞動部勞動力發展署雲嘉南分署昨天舉辦「畢業迎薪，職場新星」校園徵才活動，吸引70家廠商、提供近7000個職缺，初次媒合764人，媒合率達58.9%。
近百家參展廠商裡面，以台積電及聯電最受學子青睞，共收到205張履歷，另手機APP軟體和遊戲設計等新興職業也是求職大熱門。
雲嘉南分署分署長柯呈枋說，近年最炙手可熱的是「跨領域」的人才，尤其要具備外語能力，能夠與團隊良好合作，他鼓勵學生在校期間多參與實習，累積工作經驗，才能為履歷加分。
「最在乎的還是薪資與工作內容是否有成正比」，就讀嘉義崇仁醫護專校餐飲科的黃姓同學說，畢業後想從事餐飲業；職業軍人退伍的李先生因在軍中有機械維修經驗，遠從嘉義來應徵起薪45K的亞德客公司，希望能有好的結果。
