| Yoga is a good exercise. I went to have Yoga class this afternoon. I enjoyed the talk between my soul and body. It's a nice tour for me. Wouldn't it be a brlliant idea that I can do that more often. Whenever I want, all I need to do is to stretch my body. Well, it's bedtime now. Quick.... |
