New Routine

Work, eat, exercise, sleep was my daily routine. I am already fuled and warmed-up after the morning exercise at 05:56-06:35am recently. Picked my optimal time and got sweating. Waking and doing exercise ealier gets my metabolism going. It also help decrease swelling in the morning.
