the most basic skill of kitchen task. Sounds silly? That's for sure. With gladness, the rice is delicious. Howerver, it tooks too much time in waiting. How come? Because I made a mistake that I poured over 2 measuring cups of water into outer pot. The volume I add into the outer pot is too much. The correct amount of water in outer pot is 1/2 measuring cup.  This time I learned the lesson. Next time I will be aware of the tip. By the way, the rice is too tasty that I ate three bowls of steam rice tonight.
