Ouf of control.
What's wrong with me?
I lose my temper so easily.
Just like a child who cannot control their emotions.
My great shame is I feel upset out of no reason.
Now what can inspire me is eat sweets.

A fool always loses his temper, but a wise man holds it back (Proverbs 29:11).
