I have had a bowl of beef noodles a week since about 2 months ago. Our corporate cafeteria is my poisoned heaven packed with devious food. The beef noodles is one of my favorites. It shows up once per week. I normally spice it up by adding the sauce we bring from home. What drives me crazy about it? I can tell the true story inside. The broth is cooked by using true food such as fruit and vegetables instead of flavor enhancers. The meat is nicely braised and tenderly cooked. Oh~
