I would go do exercise tonight as well even though I went to the gym already this morning. The trick is all about the dinner. I only had a slice of beef, a cup of soy bean milk, 2 slices of watermelon last night. What about tonight? I had a cup of yogurt, a bananna, and a tiny bag of soda cookies. What is my weight tomorrow morning??
