The Canadian Trade Office in Taipei is hiring one Administrative Assistant as a full-time indeterminate position. Successful completion of university required; fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin required, ability to translate between written and spoken English and Chinese required; ability to communicate in French a valued asset; computer skills (including knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet and e-mail software) required; experience working in an office environment or as a personal assistant required; experience dealing with the public required; experience working in a foreign trade office or working/studying in an English speaking country required. Candidates must be able to meet deadlines, work independently and be self-motivated.
Successful applicant will begin work 1 July 2010.
