by James Last & Richard Clayderman James Last and his orchestra is a Germany group I've known since I was a senior high school student. He conducted and produced many fabulous pieces of work, which used to appeal to me so much that I couldn't remember how many nights I was listening to them when I fell into sleep. Among them, classic up to date series were the most impressive ones. From those albums, which James Last adapted from classic master pieces, I first learned a little about classic music. That was also the very first door, which leaded me to the appreciation of classic music. Non stop dancing series were another type of music successfully introduced by James Last at that period. They included a variety of music forms, usually with a light and relaxing tempo, which often easily eased one's mind after a tiring day. Sometimes, his music would conveyed complex but well balanced elements from different cultures. And it was the moment that I enjoy most when the music gave a sense of exotic touch. Not untill recently did I find that James Last have worked together with Richard Clayderman. When I first heard " Beautiful Ballerina", the typical background music composed by James Last once again gave me a soft and relaxing touch. Immediately after that, the sound of piano played by Richard Clayderman soothed my mood and my mind. Listening to his music with your eyes closed would be just like the breeze that rustles through the tree, or the warm sun that shines on a cold winter morning. The best part of Jamest Last's music may be the creation of an atmosphere that magicly calms a person down in a unique and special way. Most of all, I hope you'll find it enjoyable to listen to the music,too. Because it's always a great pleasure to know someone who shares a silmilar taste with you, isn't it ? |
