商品網址: Democracy on Trial：Social Movements and Cultural Politics in Postauthoritarian Taiwan2018-01-28 16:42 〔記者張勳騰／苗栗報導〕苗栗縣公館鄉尖山村一住戶頂樓設大哥大基地台，與屋主溝通無效，5、60位尖山村民今天下午冒雨到住家前拉白布條高喊抗議，到場的中華電信代表成為眾矢之的，拆或不拆？抗博客來網路書局爭民眾要求中華電信代表明確表態，後來承諾在3月底前拆除，抗爭民眾立即高聲歡呼。 苗栗縣議員孫素娥及公館鄉代周逢甲指出，已會同村長謝仙和與劉姓屋主溝通兩次，屋主都認為是合法設置，無意拆除，引發地方人士強烈不滿。 孫素娥、周逢甲及公館鄉代何在鑫等人，今天下午3點率5、60位村民冒雨到住戶家前抗議，抗爭民眾在住戶門外矮牆上，掛上「抗議，裝基地台損人利己」等一整排抗議標語。 村民拉起白布條高喊「抗議！還我健康，基地台退出尖山村」等口號，孫素娥也請中華電信代表到場說明，孫、周等人將矛頭指向中華電信，斥責根本未尊重地方，就擅自設置，讓地方人士以為是裝水塔。 中華電信代表說，是因有村民反映手機收訊不佳，才會裝設，若地方對電磁波有疑慮，可請量測小組前來檢測，地方的聲音，也會帶回向上反映，此話一出，引來抗議民眾大聲叫罵。 抗爭民眾強烈要求中華電信代表，要明確表態拆或不拆？中華電信代表才改口說：「尊重民眾心聲，應該會拆」。但周逢甲等人又要求中華電信代表，要明確說出拆除期程。 中華電信代表說，基地台還在施設中，目前尚未放送訊號，允諾3月底前拆除，拆除過程會請地方民代到場監工。 EC874DFC004E1744 |
