Former Mainland Affairs Council chairman Su Chi （蘇起） in 2006 said that he made up the term in 2000.Additional reporting by Shih Hsiao-kuan新聞來源：TAIPEI TIMES （中央社記者韋樞台北19日電）工研院今天舉辦「為什麼非要創新不可」新書發表會，儒鴻企業董事長洪鎮海指出，有創新才能掌握核心和主導權，未來才有定價權；台泥董事長辜成允認為創新要成果導向。 包括工研院院長劉仲明、洪鎮海、辜成允及台灣生醫材料總經理廖俊仁等共同出席新書發表會並分享創新心法，希望透過此書，鼓勵大家跳出框架思考，勇於追求夢想，走出一條創新之路。 劉仲明表示，大量的「連結（connectivity）」與跨領域合作是創新的關鍵。從系統的觀點來看，大量的連結會湧現出非預測性的成果。工研院打造出上百個開放式創新系統平台(Open Innovation System Platform)，最大的目的就是可以更有效地與內部、產業、學校及國際做連結，大量的連結能讓產業形成獨特的平台或生態系，有助於創新，讓台灣企業在世界上佔有一席之地。 至於為什麼非要創新不可？洪鎮海表示，創新才能掌控核心價值，才有主導權，也才有發言權與定價權，進而為股東創造更好的利潤。研發過程中會遇到許多問題，除了靠自己去解決，也要找到互補的盟友，透過行銷來拓展市場，絕對不能怕失敗，才能成功。 辜成允也認同找盟友相當重要，所以台泥找上工研院共同合作。 他指出，創新是一種態度與信仰、一種行動，更是一種主義，企業在發展過程中，一定會遇到瓶頸，此時才要改變已經來不及，要預先做好準備並懂得窮則變、變則通，只有不斷貫徹創新的思維，企業才會永續。 辜成允說，現在面臨多變的競爭與環境，未來會出現何種競爭對手都無法預期，唯有積極應變，化被動為主動，在別人還沒變的時候就先變，才能掌握機會賺到錢。 廖俊仁表示，醫療產業與其他產業不同，對新創公司來說，不要看國外做什麼就做什麼，應該從觀念、技術到用人、選題都要非常謹慎，且要落實跨領域整合的能量。對他來說，勇敢挑戰困難就是成功的捷徑。 「為什麼非要創新不可」一書中總共收錄36個工研院技術的研發故事。1060119
