Could not accept only 489.5 tons for XX cargos, it is too few.

Per list, there are total 100 inches and most arrived CNSGH before 13/Apr. If roll to next voyage, transit time would be over 2 weeks.

Recently, we got many complaints from customer’s bcoz of unstable schedule (cargo delay) and some customers already transferred their bookings to other carriers, we lost many biz/customer supports a lot, pls do your utmost to negotiate with XXX Line for more space or arrange inducement call to clear backlog at CNSGH.
