Andy Williams於1968年為當年的電影「羅密歐與茱麗葉」所唱的插曲，悲慘至極的唱腔，更能凸顯出這首歌悲情的一面，這首歌在後期被許多歌手翻唱過，近代就比較少了，只有在某些穿越劇內會出現。歌詞含有深意，是與「羅密歐與茱麗葉」很搭，至少我是這樣覺得，例如…When chains are torn by courage(當鎖鏈被勇氣穿破)，Born of a love thats free(從中而生的愛情必然是自由)…，還真要細細品味。從某個角度，也是很勵志的，例如：…And with our love through tears and thorns we will endure(用愛穿越淚水與荊棘，讓我們堅定不移去承受一切)，As we pass surely through every storm(我們定能度過困難，像能熬過每場暴風雨)…。確實是一首好聽好歌的老歌，值得多聽、多唱(終極目標)。
