北市女見「老鷹捕鴿」急喊：放開牠 遭檢舉騷擾野生動物結果曝 三立新聞網

台北市一名羅姓女子日前在草地上看見一隻老鷹抓捕鴿子，情急下當場大喊「放開牠」，事後在Threads發文並上傳相關影片，遭民眾報案檢舉騷擾野生動物。

台北地檢署偵查後，認為羅女不知道鳳頭蒼鷹屬於保育類野生動物，也難認有騷擾的犯意，將她不起訴處分。

檢警調查，今年1月22日上午9時許，羅女行經北市長安東路一段52巷旁時，發現一隻鳳頭蒼鷹正在抓捕鴿子，她情急下大吼：「放開牠」，導致鳳頭蒼鷹受到驚嚇飛離。

羅女在Threads發文指出，路過以為鴿子正在交配，原來是老鷹抓著鴿子，並上傳分享相關影片。

影片曝光後，有民眾報案檢舉羅女騷擾野生動物，警方通知羅女到案說明，她供稱只是基於救助生命的想法，才會喊「放開牠」，當時也根本不知道鳳頭蒼鷹是保育類野生動物。

檢方偵查後，認為沒有證據可證明羅女事前就知道鳳頭蒼鷹屬保育類野生動物，且羅女只是出聲喝斥，未持續捕捉、圍捕或干擾鳳頭蒼鷹自由活動，因此將羅女處分不起訴。
