森林浴步道環形縱走，在第一涼亭遇到南投國小江主任，年輕單身藍腹鷴、覓食的松鼠🐿️、鳳凰林道看到草叢裡鳳蝶（棉鈴蟲、蛹）。
上午時分都是晴朗，中午開始轉陰，下午13:00開始飄雨，雨勢不大，可是回程經過鹿谷鄉雨勢漸大，回到台中市晴朗☀️。
森林浴步道環形縱走藍腹鷴、松鼠🐿️、鳳蝶（棉鈴蟲、蛹）
颱風過後，造成步道受損，為了加快修復，實施「手作步道」護溪頭活動，以在地材料為主，修復受損步道。
