（中央社記者黃貞貞倫敦22日專電）英國首相卡麥隆今天與中國大陸國家主席習近平會談，媒體報導，卡麥隆在會中請習近平保證香港能保有政治自由，維持半自治。
習近平到英國的首次國是訪問將近尾聲，今天下午他到卡麥隆在鄉間的官邸，兩人就香港、敘利亞等外交議題進行討論，卡麥隆籲請習近平保證香港維持半自治，民眾可以普選香港特首，而不需要先經北京政府過濾人選。
卡麥隆與習近平在會後發表約1500字聯合聲明指出，英中關係進入「黃金時代」，將努力建造21世紀全面的策略夥伴關係，未來將加強雙邊貿易與投資，深化金融產業合作，及大陸的「一帶一路」計劃，改善與歐洲的交通運輸連結。
聲明中也指出，英國歡迎大陸公司積極參與核能計劃，雙方並同意限制網路攻擊、簽證鬆綁，並研議大陸與歐洲聯盟自由貿易協定的可行方案。
有關人權問題，聲明中幾乎隻字未提，僅提到雙方在平等與互相尊重的基礎上，進一步加強政治信任，同時尊重各自的政治制度、發展進程、核心利益及主要關切事項。
習近平夫婦今天向伊麗莎白二世女王伉儷告別，明天他將轉往曼徹斯特，參觀曼城的足球俱樂部，並與當地企業人士會面。1041023
