Received leter from Eva dated Nov 9th 2012 while touring in China Good Morning Mr. Han,
Because of the incorrect legal on the Deeds recorded July 30, 2012 the property has not been transferred out of your name. At this time you and all the parties involved need to sign and get your signature notarized on the Deeds that Steve from Inter County Title has e-mailed you and return them to him as soon as possible. Without the correct documents I will not be able to proceed with the transfer.

第二次来函紀錄..又要求領館全家簽證(文省) 二次回函紀錄.. Back from trip to China I received e-mail again in Japan from Steve, I thought about the whole thing and feeling uncomfortable about the trouble. Here I am writing:

this is becoming very annoying. My wife and I are old couple over 70 and you together
with Eva are very incompetent.just because your error we have to do all over again. You know as well as I do that my e-mail previously sent were good evidence enough to present on court for the record.Do I have to make an appointment with American Embassy to make notarized paper for the record.
Please advice Eva to make an alternative to solve the problem or report her Supervisor for solution.The signed and Sealed Grand Deed in my hand is final completion of a legal document, period! We are living in Japan not America, very inconvenient to do otherwise. Michael

Here is a correction Deed that needs to be re-signed and returned to us at your earliest

第三次回函紀錄.. I believe there must be a letter signed by your supervisor for that I will explain. When we closed the escrow that indicates that My wife,Mxxx Kitamori, doughter Emi , and son xxxx.....Kitamori all three presented America Embassy Notarized paper for the escrow transfer. my self signed
all the paper required in escrow office in closing escrow. Now requiring all parties of our four family sounds fishy and represents an illegal transaction. We do not have second property to sell. I am requiring FBI official clearance paper for that conduct.
Nowadays a lot of on line scam and I do not want to get involved in illegal activities.
That is my stand.
