（中央社記者林沂鋒台北二十四日電）中國國民黨主席馬英九今天表示，罷免總統陳水扁案門檻過高，實際上不可行，這個時候應該支持司法單位調查弊案，不要轉移焦點，引發藍綠對抗。

Dear Mr.馬英九

You are wrong again. As head of KMT, I don’t understand your mentality of rejecting the recall of 總統陳水扁案. Your statement is full of bureaucratic taste and nothing revolutionary. These are facts supporting my view:

1. Quote China Times Editoriol:　舉最近例子而言，國民黨在台東縣長選戰接連支持遭判刑的吳俊立及「代夫出征」的鄺麗貞，對於因貪瀆案被起訴的基隆市長許財利也只是處以停權（民進黨至少還開除了林進興、邱永仁兩位立委），即可看出馬英九接掌黨主席後依舊向現實主義靠攏、無法彰顯理想主義色彩。Unquote. You can not guarantee that KMT will not fall into the corruption in the future. 
2. 陳水扁 only enjoys support 5.6% based on Taiwan Independent party’s survey.

3. Based on another poll that 陳水扁 has only 16% popularity in Taiwan.
4. California ex-governor Davis was recalled and removed from governor’s office by the existing governor Arnold. You know well that Davis enjoyed better popularity than the Taiwan’s 陳水扁. Due to his poor performance and dissatisfaction by the people, when time came Davis had to go.
5. You mentioned the difficulty of recalling 陳水扁 is due to the Taiwan’s Constitution which requires majority 2/3 vote in Taiwan’s Legislative Yuan. By means of legal system to recall 陳水扁 is unfeasible in your opinion. However, if many advocate the removal of 陳水扁 by public, you cannot deny the forcible force by more than 80% of Taiwan 23 millions population. In that sense, even DPP party member would have to think twice before they cast their negative vote. In another words, DPP have to think about their supporter’s mentality. If DPP legislative member support 陳水扁 in the vote, they may end up loosing their support in the next election.
6. As a leader of KMT, your responsibilities are providing the correct course of actions of the people by the people and for the people. Consistently trying to avoid the difficulty confront you would give negative image to your supporters. People would think that you might lack of quality as a country leader.
7. You know as well I know the phrase: Nothing venture nothing gain. You proved yourself one time during half million-population protest against 陳水扁 as a failure not let the mass go all the way for their demands. You know well that Mr. Sung still has the old grudge against your pre-matured action to restrict the mass protection.
8. It took 10 times failures for Dr. Sun’s Revolution to have brought the ROC into being. There is no easy way to come into the powerhouse. If there is popular demand by the people and you still seat there without taking proper action; than you are not qualified to lead the country of ROC.
9. The judicial system in Taiwan has failed and you know that. You know there is nothing justice can be done by the present Taiwan Administration. The system is corrupted and most of all, if not all, are bought by 陳水扁’s money.南方朔觀點 不是貪腐，是竊盜統治.
10. The critical time requires drastic measure. I suggest that you correct your way of logic and thinking. Remember, people need you to act and to lead not like talk-show host doing nothing but talking. Respond with people’s demand.
11. There are lots of people in Taiwan living day by day basis and does not care about other people's living. To them, they just maintain the phylosophy of living their own life and does not think it would make any differences under different rulers. They forget that in time of modern democracy people are in charge. If you do your job well, fine, or people has right to recall you.
12. Why do you know it would not work if you have not tried it yet.
