Dear sirs,
I had trouble with your smart phone Android.
I used for almost 4 months and suddenly the software changed
to safe mode with voice recording type and Japanese input.
There were no way I could go back doing on line blogging & changed
for Apple APP to use old Chinese hand-writing input. I had to
go to Soft bank consulting technical assistance and they could
not help it. Finally I went Y-Mobile and accordingly I had to reset the
system and lost all data I put in the Phone. Very very disappointed with
your work and soft wear engineer's design. You are supposed
to make it easy for the end user operator to operate and not
certainly gave a lot of headache and trouble.
I am going to put this story in my blog to let every Android
user to learn the trouble I encountered.
