If you are a just HBV carrier, Beware! Aflatoxin + liquer= ignition.  An element that triggers
the virus to endanger your health for the rest of your life.

It is the sniper that triggers the explosion.

Well, if you are one of the HB carriers,don't let the virus to become activated.
Pay attention to what I found:

Ever since HB was triggered in 1982, I have been wondering what was the ignition to trigger from HB carrier to chronic and activated patients. I think I found the answer.

Aflatoxin ground nuts.In another words, It is peanut !

Recently I found my health condition is improving but not to a point of curing.

Mari, knows that I like mixed nut. Out of kindness, she bought from Costco the big bottle of mixed nuts. I started enjoying in the night almost forgetting what Aflatoxin had done to me..

After consumed two jar of nut,one of the net is peanut. I found some is changing.

Not only the nut is not good for digestion it also trigger some thing else..

The nut would not be easy to digest particularly for retired people..

You feel stomach uncomfortable and abdominal pain and some time diarrhea.

I don't know about you. I am going to throw the nut away anyway.
