回應: 如何遠赴中國大陸工作(四)
I do not share the same view with regard
to so called "International Standard".
I remember one of the NHK documentaries
depicted very well. With world recession
like now some young Japanese are willing
take the secured job working in Japanese
big company stationing in Beijing. They
receive the same pay check as other
Chinese employee and eat the same thing
living in Beijing apartment. They are
happy what they got and do not want feel
they are higher class than Chinese
colleague. As long as the job is secured
and living standard comparatively higher
than the average Chinese they are happy.
I learn from the report that software
computer programmer from San Jose
working In Bombay receive the same pay
check as local programmer and make no
differences. Your thinking is little
bit out of dated. Thinking about getting
paid 6 figure dollars and living NY or
Tokyo is about average living there.
However, in Beijing you only need one
fifth pay check ($20,000) to have above living
standard. In Beijing if you earn $5,000~10,000
it is above average salary already.
