平心而論,美國在台協會台北辦事處長司徒文有言中肯;

然以「霸凌」一詞來搪塞?是謂破壞美國與中華民國之間長期以來的"「傳統的戰略友誼」?

簡單來說不是衍生成「政治問題」?又是甚麼呢?格外是「Anti-America」?

不可否認,日本與韓國尚且不會,更遑論:「日本產銷履歷的溯源全程紀錄」?

五,美國是台灣在世界上最好的朋友，美國多年來一直支持台灣，雙邊關係的重要性及美國對台灣的支持。

換句話說:或如布衣小子所預期:美國與中華民國的戰略經濟夥伴關係;然而,這類和無理指控無相關聯因素特別是美國霸凌」（America bullying）一詞?

一,戰略夥伴合作關係框架下經濟合作:
依據研讀,關於戰略夥伴合作關係框架是倡議雙邊和多邊承諾共同執行市場改革,其關鍵條件,或如:
一,夥伴合作關係建構和創造一個有吸引力的區域和國家投資環境來吸引全球投資,同時,尊重合作協議鼓勵優質管理和經營,加強透明和明確的法律條件
二,夥伴合作關係發展和建立一個監管環境在法律下,將有利於有效率的區域和國家經濟
三,夥伴合作關係強化結構性改革關鍵在保護和保證持續發展和穩定的區域和國家經濟包括農業和資本市場
四,夥伴合作關係開放和擴大經濟獨立和自由的國家實體所以,夥伴合作關係是支持和整合,轉換以市場為基礎的區域和國家經濟在全球經濟系統,這將優先考慮雙邊和多邊方面的經濟合作夥伴合作關係是提高競爭力和發展經濟自由化

二,戰略夥伴合作關係框架下貿易和區域合作發展:
夥伴合作關係是擴大與發展符合雙方的貿易合作,簡單來說,或如:
一,夥伴合作關係是促進雙邊技術援助,這和長遠的國家利益是一致;
二,夥伴合作關係是對話,來遵守共同議定的程序和條件;
換句話說,夥伴合作關係增加對外關係的發展和強化國家能力;特別是,有效性的機制來提供準確數據和標準和執行可持續增長的雙邊和多邊支持,或如:
一,在夥伴合作關係架構下,提供技術援助;
二,在夥伴合作關係架構下,提供參予和吸引中小型企業的發展;
夥伴合作關係的建立條件是吸引外資來促進國家投資計畫,特別是,基礎設施和發展國家經濟;
所以,建立夥伴合作關係架構是相互擴大,進入市場,促進永久正常貿易關係地位;不可否認,它是適當的進程;
夥伴合作關係架構是重申目標,共同加強和擴大的區域合作;特別是,在睦鄰友好關係下,提供技術援助,或如:
一,區域國家之間關係的全面發展;
二,夥伴合作關係架構制定共同關稅和關稅制度來發展和擴大國家之間的相互貿易和投資有效協議和機制;
三,夥伴合作關係架構,打擊,顛覆,破壞,極端歷史暴力主義,包括,跨國和區域犯罪,以通過法律的執法合作;夥伴合作關係架構是建立一個相互關聯的區域網絡

1,Under the strategic partnership and cooperation framework of cooperation in the economic:

In accordance with studying about strategic partnership and cooperation framework
will advocate bilateral and multilateral commitment,in order to work together to
execute market reform,in which,the key condition as followed:
1,Cooperative partnership is eatablishing and creating an attractive region and nation
environmental investment to attract global investment,in a while,respect cooprative
agreement,encourage high quality management and business,and strengthen
transparent and clear law conditions.
2,Cooperative partnership will be an efficient regional and national economy under
the law to develop and establish a regulatory environment.
3,Cooperative partnership will intensify structural reforms,in order to key condition
on that protect and promise at sustainable development,and stable regional and
national economy,including,agriculture and capital market.
4,Cooperative partnership will be openning and expanding economic independence
and freedom national entities.
So,cooperative partnership will support and integrate,in order to transit a marketbased
of regional and national economy in the global economic system.It will give
priority to the aspect of the bilateral and multilateral in the economic cooperation.
Cooperative partnership will be increasing competitiveness,and developing the
liberalizing the economy.

2,Under the strategic partnership and cooperation framework of development of trade
and regional cooperation:
Cooperative partnership will expand and develop bilateral consistence of trade
cooperation.Simply speaking,as followed:
1,Cooperative partnership advance bilateral of technical assistance,that is consistent
with nation interest.
2,Cooperative partnership is dialogue,as followed to their mutually agreed
conditionalities and procedures.
In other words,cooperative partnership increase the foreign relations,develop and
strengthen national capabilities,in particular,the effective mechanism,in order to
provide accurate data and standard,and achieve sustainable growth of bilateral and
multilateral supports.As followed:
1,Under the cooperative partnership framework that provide technical assistance.
2,Under the cooperative partnership framework that provide participate and attract for
the development of medium-sized business.
Cooperative partnership is establishing the conditions essential to attract foreign
investment that advance national investment projects,in particular,the
infrastructure,and develop national econpmy.
So,establishing the cooperative partnership framework will be expanding reciprocal
access to markets,and advaning toward permanent normal trade relations. It cannot
denied that it will be appropriate process.
Cooperative partnership reaffirms goal,in order to work together to intensify and
expand regional cooperation,in particular,under the friendly and neighborly
relations,that provide technical assistance.As followed:1,Comprehensive development of relations between the regional countries.
2,The cooperative partnership framework will be formulating the common customs
and tariff system to develop and expand reciprocal trade and investment of effective
agreement and mechanism.
3,The cooperative partnership framework to attack the subversion,destruction,and
violence historical extremism,including,transnational and regional crime,in order to
through law enforcement cooperation.
The cooperative partnership framework will establish an interlinked regional
network.
