依據蔡英文與柯文哲的說明與紐教授之學理；台灣窮小子嘗試提供中華民國國家作戰系統安全藍圖！其實，國家作戰系統安全藍圖是一個相關性反應政治作戰的國家策略部署；而不是歷史與文化的唬弄！安全藍圖是確保國家與社會安全領域，正式同意的理解，包括一個國家內部與外部的軍事，政治社會與經濟威脅；或者因應環境與當前資源的潛在性危機！簡單來說，安全藍圖的戰術重點方向與國家政策的基本原則是終結歷史基礎，擬定具體的戰術方針，並在確保中華民國國家安全領域的策略部署文件！

(一),中華民國的國家核心利益

中華民國的國家核心利益基礎上，國家政治與軍事價值理念，並確保經濟與社會的精神，特別是，與生俱來的智慧潛力！言之，中華民國的國家核心利益是決定在台灣社會與台灣人的基本利益理解，而不是歷史與文化！

台灣社會

台灣社會利益是實現與穩定，自由，獨立與民主，保護族群和諧精神，與強化積極性台灣人的創新優勢！舉例來說，台東年輕人能夠自製粒子加速器，而不是歷史與文化！台灣社會利益決定在中華民國的主權與國土完整；強化政治，經濟和社會穩定，以及國家夥伴關係基礎上的合作；舉例來說，美國與日本，而不是歷史與文化！對台灣人利益，其基本利益是決定在中華民國的國家核心利益，包括，國內政治，經濟，軍事領域，並在社會，生活和文化領域，而不是歷史與文化；是以，台灣人利益是國家憲法真正保障，與規定權利台灣人的自由，獨立與安全；提升生活標準與強化頭腦發展！

舉例來說，依據中華民國國家憲法，立即釋放陳前總統水扁先生！

其實，台灣的國家核心利益是至關重要在軍事，政治與經濟領域，與執行相關性全面性戰術解決方案；特別是，科學與技術的穩定來提供的國家經濟，所主導具有競爭力產業！一個非常重要的因素是所有台灣人公民提供有價值的終結歷史機會，讓他們實現與生俱來的頭腦創新優勢的努力，與作戰能力！我們必須確保一個值得生活的台灣人，以及獲得整個台灣的傳統教育，文化與醫療服務；從國家核心利益的角度來看，最緊迫的戰術使命是保護國內產業，強化投資與創新戰術行動!
從國家戰略利益的角度來看，台灣獨立的科學和技術具有重要國家戰略定義！在這個領域，台灣獨立的科學和技術是台灣經濟穩定發展的實力；這保證穩定發展，與一定程度的國家經濟轉型，以滿足當前和未來幾代台灣人的需求議題！
一個多樣化國內市場的存在是中華民國國家經濟領域最重要的團結與資產！
台灣的存在與發展有穩固的重要性在中華民國國家經濟，而不是歷史與文化；特別是中華民國國家經濟利益決定在確立台灣製造的經濟聯繫；確保實現在地產業利益，強化生產效率與驅動國家經濟成長競爭力；所以，台灣必須拒絕歷史與文化的經濟唬爛！

(二),台灣在全球,而不是歷史與文化圈

當前的主要特點是許多國家整合為夥伴關係的政經地位來強化全球政治，軍事經濟與金融的架構趨勢；特別是，終結歷史因素保留國家策略定義的全球關係，科學和技術生，態政治與經濟因素正發揮著越來越大的戰術效益同時，全球競爭，確保技術，市場與自然資源將越來越強烈！
另言之，基於對全球政治，我們的國家－台灣應該嘗試創建，包括，基於武力解決的關鍵部署是解決國家關係的終結歷史結構；避免重新陷入歷史與文化的循環，或依然堅強地站在這個全球過程中的新階段！
歷史與文化與我們的國家之間的距離越來越大，也將會影響新模式的全球關係；是以，在終結歷史的階段，將開闢中華民國的新機會，以確保台灣安全；畢竟，歷史與文化的改變很困難地連接與面對威脅！
是以，先決條件是終結歷史，強化軍事部署，解決有爭議的問題；另言之，所有這一切都開放，那新的機會才能調動台灣人來解決歷史與文化的內部問題！
當前已經在中華民國的國家核心利益，許多歷史與文化對國家與國土安全的問題：或如，反擊恐怖主義與極端主義的擴散，解決與預防地區與民眾衝突，解決嚴重的國土環境問題的擴散與安全；這顯著地增加了機會，以確保中華民國透過終結歷史的國土安全，軍事部署政治與經濟的戰術手段！
同時，對解決影響我們國家的利益在終結歷史下，削弱歷史與文化在國家政治，經濟，軍事等領域的野心！
換句話說，歷史與文化的願景是中華民國不可接受的，因為代表國家安全受到威脅！
歷史與文化維護穩定與安全仍然不是有效的；終結歷史確保中華民國的政治，軍事與經濟戰術手段的國家安全利益！
歷史與文化僅是限制我們台灣人的潛力。是以在一定程度上。必須隔離！
這一切是不可接受歷史與文化作為一個有影響力的國家策略部署；中華民國的力量在台灣與台灣人利益！
特別是，越來越落後的台灣是在科學和技術方面的流失；依賴歷史與文化導致台灣的國家債務越來越大，犯罪和腐敗增加；因為歷史與文化通常不屬於中華民國國家優勢所在！
雖然，終結歷史尚未實現，建立一個國家策略定義，這不僅是國家哲學基礎，而且是跨社會的路線，以及實現這類戰術目標其發展的長遠目標國家理念還未完成！
中華民國是五大常任理事國之一，擁有古老的歷史和文化與，我們自己的國家核心利益與傳統！
所有這些因素，同時考慮到台灣人有一個強大的力量的潛力來創造，終結歷史先決條件，以確保可靠性國家安全在未來三十年！

(三),歷史與文化威脅到中華民國國家安全

惡化的歷史與文化關係，台灣社會的顛覆與分化，已經建立一個直接威脅到國家安全，並在台灣的經濟發展，發生負面的進程！新的全球地緣政治才是新的中華民國！

歷史與文化關係

其實，歷史與文化關係增加不穩定的國家政治作戰，這導致最重要的台灣經濟實力的降低；舉例來說，金融與稅收，製造與技術作戰鍊的瓦解！歷史與文化關係增加分離主義社會意識的活動有，助於升級衝突！端視歷史與文化關係的主要原因是國家政策和經濟政策失敗的後果，納入國家安全領域，以及衝突情勢基於民眾的不爽與歧視！尤其是，無節制移民強化歷史與文化關係的威脅！另外是，故意與有唬爛目標的歷史與文化關係，破壞台灣人的生活；特別是，減弱中華民國的國家語言！它們透過法律行為與決策，一個越來越恐怖因素來腐爛這個國家中華民國國家憲法！

顛覆與分化

歷史與文化關係侵犯中華民國的國家精神與忠誠領域；挑動台灣社會的經濟解體，社會分化的緊張情勢；從而建立專制威脅的國家作戰系統！換句話說，歷史與文化關係沒有一個強大的國家策略部署，社會人文精神，與道德標準，僅是維護犯罪和腐敗！這類錯誤後果是表現在弱化國家憲法，以及它們滲透到中央政府作戰系統；因此，反擊犯罪和腐敗的暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義是政治性作戰，也是合法的！由於歷史與文化關係是古老的，通常充滿衝突的政治思想與分離主義利益；是以正在增加極端主義與恐怖主義！
它們的威脅是攪動台灣健康的歴史與文化！這類深刻的危機的後果是降低台灣人的人口與扭曲台灣社會架構！所以，當前的台灣窘境是歷史與文化關係，造成台灣人精神，道德與創造潛力的消失！
最後是，歷史與文化關係威脅到中華民國的國家安全來對抗台灣人，作為穩固與建立，一個有影響力的帝國！它們也反映在摧毀台灣的國土安全，包括涉及使用宗教和在地民眾的內部矛盾，同時，也涉及在缺乏穩定與安全狀態的精確部署！是以作為一個整體的台灣，歷史與文化關係將導致中華民國的影響力，並侵犯最重要的國家核心利益！終結歷史的出現，將建立自由，獨立，友善與民主的國家；為中華民國的特殊重要性！

(四),保護中華民國的國家與國土安全

維護國家憲法與國家安全法，並依據優先級安全，改變政治與經濟平衡，優先保障國家安全；軍事力量防衛安全性領域的轉移在中華民國的國家核心利益與安全保障；特別是保護台灣的經濟領域目標是實現一個自由與獨立的經濟進程！

(五),台灣國內政治版圖

在國內政治版圖，中華民國國家核心利益是在於國家政權，國家法律與國家秩序的穩定，保護與承諾，國土完整，民眾和諧與社會穩定，完成建立一個自由與獨立社會的進程！
同時，反擊暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義，中和國家與區域衝突因素；居住在台灣，澎湖，金門與馬祖，一個忠誠的穩定平衡政策是落實民眾利益非常重要的作戰任務，其解決方案，將確保台灣內部政治穩定與國家統一！
這些作戰任務的全面解決必須形成國家安全共識的基礎上，並確保，台灣發展作為一個自由，獨立與民主國家，而不是歷史與文化！
中華民國在反擊犯罪和腐敗的暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的國家核心利益，需要台灣社會的努力，與穩固台灣人；對這些違法的歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的社會政治與經濟基礎的限制，並制定一項全面性國家安全法，有效的預防犯罪和違法行為，確保台灣人，國家與社會，避免受到犯罪傷害！
同時，建立一個國家安全局作戰機制，用於監視犯罪的歷史與文化！
另言之，中華民國，國家與台灣社會的努力，共同有效的社會預防作戰機制；升級守法的台灣公民終結歷史為戰術目標！
反擊有組織犯罪與腐敗的暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義，並保護，每個台灣人的權利，不分地域，理念與宗教，安全為導向！

科學精神與文化

在很大程度上，科學精神與文化的國家利益取決於，改變與其終結歷史的結果進程；科學精神與文化重生，和社會道德價值觀直接影響到國家經濟發展與民眾生活！

考慮到中華民國，基本的國家夥伴關係深度的轉變，或能夠得出結論，對中華人民共和國威脅是幾乎不存在可預期的未來；雖然全，球快速改變，對中華民國的國家安全威脅，依然在古老的歷史與文化！
特別是，我們不能排除暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的陰謀！
其實，在國家防衛層次，最真實的威脅是暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義，潛在性溫床所形成；暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的擴散構成嚴重的威脅在台灣！
同時，與全球經濟學相關的唬爛威脅，規模不斷擴大！
即使，沒有傷害意圖對台灣，這類左蠢已經形成潛在性軍事威脅；舉例來說，中國擴軍將其轉變成在東亞太平洋佔主導地位的軍事政治力量創造出一類古老的歷史與文化模式，對台灣這將是非常危險的！
是以，當前的反擊機制，也是不足以維護穩定與安全的有效性！
威脅到中華民國的國家防衛層次的國家安全也存在於國家軍事組織；古老的歷史與文化代溝的轉型進程，缺乏完整的國家防衛部署！
在當前階段，這表現在中華民國武裝部隊，軍事單位，部隊作戰優勢，嚴重不足，降低中華民國的國家安全潛力！
沒出息歷史與文化發展破壞中華民國的作戰能力與優勢，並造成台灣政經情勢不穩定；所以，中華民國的國家安全威脅分析說明：主要是當前與未來，沒有一個軍事策略部署，而且，主要集中在古老的歷史與文化層次！
是以，定位新夥伴關係發展，與假設缺乏對暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的威脅；然而，國家嚇阻的潛力是終結歷史，重新分配國家與社會資源，共同反擊嚴重的暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的威脅優先！
中華民國在國家防衛層次的國家核心利益，主要在於確保台灣人，社會安全，與對國土侵略的狀況；安全在國家防衛層次的承諾與保護，需要國家與社會，集中在國家軍事系統發展的努力！
當前的國家軍事系統是紊亂的；它必須轉型，與考慮到軍事力量的改變平衡；

所謂國家經濟關鍵狀態：這是中華民國的國家安全構成威脅顯示的主要原因；這主要表現在歷史與文化，經濟學與社會學，破壞國家科學和技術潛力與優勢，產業投資下降，與缺乏創新；同時，國家農業的停頓，貨幣系統的混亂，進而造成中央與地方政府收入減少，與國家債務增加！
這是一個無庸置疑的威脅是：歷史與文化經濟學與社會學，透過唬爛經濟模式基礎，增加進口，這可能引爆中華民國國內產業與市場被全球征服！
歷史與文化威脅的特徵在於國家財政，並伴隨著技術人才和知識產權的偷竊，增加具有重要性國家戰略定義對外依存的夥伴關係！
在中華民國，國家科學和技術潛力削弱已經導致台灣在全球的損失！

歷史與文化對中華民國的安全安全構成威脅，其中，在國家經濟窘境的後果，大部分民眾生活在貧困線以下-社會對立，引爆大部分公民升級社會緊張情勢；不良的，歷史與文化不公平現象在台灣社會成長，打擊中華民國的國家智慧，與台灣的生產潛力，國家人口的下降，以致重創台灣的經濟發展;特別是，精神病的增加！
這種威脅是，因為特別偉大的歷史與文化，包括，社會學與經濟學！
端視台灣經濟發展與社會情勢惡化所造成的威脅是直接依賴於偉大的歷史與文化；尤其是它們不會也不願意，承認，這類問題的無能！
另外是，缺乏有效的與有力的法律和忠誠機制，國家作戰系統的鬆懈，無法預防緊急作戰狀況來面對威脅危機與風險！
所以，在經濟的負面進程，惡化中華民國的分離傾向，並引爆，違反國土完整的威脅；為了維護中華民國的國家安全在國內經濟活動的主要途徑是終結歷史；建構國家忠誠機制與重整國家法律，全面性反擊暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義！
重整和發展國家科學技術與生產潛力，轉換到經濟成長；同時，降低歷史與文化災害，升級工業競爭力來強化民眾的福利！
一個有效率的最佳戰術機制是面對市場經濟轉型，實現為社會公民的自由經濟，而不是歷史與文化；承諾與保證，國家經濟安全最重要的戰術使命是競爭力；為此，應該採取作戰任務是鼓勵新技術轉移到產業；拒絕歷史與文化的黑手，其發展將確保台灣產業在全球市場的競爭力！

其實，台灣的國家核心利益是集中台灣人的努力，與執行國家公民憲法權利，獨立與自由狀態決定；特別是，保護國家自然科學的價值；公共道德與倫理；保障公民權利，以獲得可靠的夥伴關係，與現代科學與技術的發展！
由國家安全系統的行動來執行這類任務，將讓台灣重新進入，未來三十年的全球發展；同時，利用不要臉歷史與文化控制意識是不被允許的！
國家與國土安全必須防止重要的政治，經濟，軍事與科學技術外洩；台灣的國家核心利益是長期性，其國家策略定義的主要目標在其終結歷史軌跡；建構當前與未來的國家內政與外交政策，並透過自由與獨立的國家管理中實現！
最後是，實現台灣的國家核心利益的一個必要條件就是終結歷史，解決國內政治，經濟與社會的作戰任務；不論不要臉歷史與文化的意圖並，保持這樣的台灣人標準的能力與優勢為確保國家穩定與社會安全！

與國家安全作戰系統關係的發展與強化是一個最重要的因素，促進國家政治，經濟與軍事之間衝突的解決；
確保台灣社會穩定並，最終嚇阻左翼歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義！
台灣公平參與在全球的經濟和政治架構；
因此，在我們奮鬥與合作，將繼續發展與美國，中國日本的夥伴關係，而不是歷史與文化！
這是台灣的政治，軍事與經濟利益，而且，將確保台灣人全面納入全球進程的機會；
