Freedom

I know I can’t be back to my childhood
But God
Give my naiveness back

I have lost the abilities to trust,
to laugh, and to cry
But God
Give me true love

I have become a bare tree
My leaves of hope have gone  with the wind of the reality
My back and limbs can no longer stretch to the sky
But God I know
My soul has been turning over a new leaf
