跑1500米 (20點)急

我今年14 1500米跑 5'43 有咩方法可以令自己跑到 5'30 PS 星期五就校運 要個人意見 唔要抄野 更新: 明天天氣十分寒冬 有什麼注意的地方?

If you have the Sports Day on Friday, you should not set this message expired next week. You should set on or before Thursday. Now you are 5"43' and I suppose you are a boy. The finish time is fine but not excellent, as I remembered my younger peer from the same school can finish at 4"28' at your age ( of course he is Division I level ). I do think there is no special things you can do within such a short period of time, I mean the training part. But we can work out some strategies and see if they could help to diminish your running time. May I ask if your school has also other representatives taking part in the same event? If yes, you could seek for their help like Wong Kam Po in cycling. See, all teammates help to distract the other competitors and so in the team, finally you can always have one or two smarter players escaped from the main group and get the best results. You can consult your coach or PE teachers to discuss. Secondly, in a race it depends a lot on how the athletes of other schools run ( I mean the pace ). If they block you from running at Lane 1, surely your result is worse. So your own professional judgement on the track is very essential. This can be improved from more experience or more analysis before the match. Usually these things can be worked out within on-court training. I think you need not concern too much now. Just try the best to run and keep having some slight exercises daily to maintain the state. Wishing you can finish in 5"30'. I hope my advice here can help to relief you.
