重設WinXP 串口/串列埠 編號

打開注册表HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\COM Name Arbiter
把ComDB删除後重新嘗試即可!(注:這樣會重建所有COM口)。
