I believe no one at here says I never travelled. If I ask that did you do your travelling plan? Absolutely, 100% of you say “Yes I do” Maybe you may say “No, I only join the travelling group. I need not do any plan”. Obviously, to join the travelling group is your plan.

What is a travelling plan? Like other plans, it includes 5 important elements, what, where, when, who and how. Suspicious? Let me explain for you. Do you always have the ideas of visiting? To visit Great wall? To join Alaska cruise? You may decide what resorts you prefer. Then, you have to determine the venue. Next, you need to decide you departure date, return date and how long you will stay in everywhere.  Last but not least, you may know who your partners are. Plus, how will you go to the venues? If you are backpacker, you should know the route and the venue, what and where you can eat, or what the local foods you prefer to try are. Next, you have to decide the accommodations.  When do you have to take your traffic tools? Who will you meet in the journey? How can you use to go to anywhere?

Take an example; I travelled to New Zealand few years ago. According to my constraints, I can not visit everywhere. Although the airplane took off at Auckland and my meeting venue was at Wellington. I still chose 2 trips in the Southern island. To join the heli-hike tour, to take helicopter to land on the Franz Glacier Valley and hike on the glacier about 2 hours, at Franz Josef and Milford Mariner Overnight cruise, an overnight cruise amidst spectacular Miflord Sound at Queenstown. Let see this map. Hence, I took airplane from Auckland to Wellington. After meeting, I took ferry from Northern Island to Southern Island and took Magic bus though Nelson and Gerymouth to my destinations—Franz Josef and Queenstown. After finished the progress, I took airplane back to Auckland and stayed at there 3 days and 2 nights. At the last day, I took the 5 to 12 pm plane back to Taiwan.

After determine the route, I started to do research for eating and living. To live in hotel and to eat out cost me too much; therefore, I decided to live in YHA, youth hostel. Not only the economic cost reason, but also I can buy food from supermarket and cook by myself.

Yes, somebody maybe say “No, I never did plan before my journey, I went to everywhere by my mind”. For the secure and funny reasons, you can not do it if you go to the strangely places. Trust me, to make your travelling plan before your journey you can make more fun.
