A Christchurch jury is due to begin deliberations on whether two men murdered a Sri Lankan farm worker in a small Canterbury townChina management programme.
Sameera Madurangana Manikka Battelage, 28, otter case was found dead at his house on Domain Road in Oxford after it had been destroyed by a fire in February last year.
An autopsy found he was killed before the fire started.
Thuvan Prawesh Sawal, 24, fr4 pcb and Mudiyanselage Viraj Wasantha Alahakoon, 35, have been charged with murder and arson.
Justice Christian Whata summed up the four-week trial at the High Court Christchurch on Friday, Christchurch Court News reportedotterbox defender.
The jury is due to retire to consider its verdict on Mondayip networking services.
The Crown says Mr Battelage was killed because he of a relationship he had with a woman the accused both knew.
Both men admit being there label sticker, but blame each other for the murder and arson.
