3.working principles
Its working principle can be summarized as the following steps:
Receive and process pulse signals: The stepper motor driver first receives pulse signals from the controller, which determine the rotation angle and speed of the stepper motor.
Convert current signals: The driver converts the received pulse signals into the current signals required by the stepper motor. In this process, the driver adjusts the output current size and direction according to the frequency and width of the pulse signal.
Drive the stepper motor: The converted current signal is transmitted to the stepper motor, thereby driving the motor to rotate a fixed angle (step angle) in the set direction. By continuously receiving and processing pulse signals, the stepper motor can achieve continuous rotation.
4.Summary
In general, the working principle of the stepper motor driver is to convert the pulse signal of the controller into the current signal required by the stepper motor, thereby driving the stepper motor to rotate a fixed angle in the set direction.
