STRESS: a reminder of reducing stress

 
S (scheduling): don't schedule too many things in one day
T (treat your body well): exercise regularly and eat properly
R (Relax): take time to relax and do things you enjoy doing
E (Expectation): have reasonable expectations; in other words, know your limitations
S (Sleep): sleep well is very, very important
S (Smile): a good thing or a bad thing? depends on your attitude toward it.
