C HIGH SCHOOL
To Me
May 20 at 4:02 PM
A message from C HIGH SCHOOL Dear Parents of Seniors; Graduation is just around the corner and there is a lot of important information included in this email. Please read the entire email and attachment and contact Mr. Schatz if you have any questions. The Principals and Mr. Schatz met with all senior students today in their social studies classes. In that meeting we reviewed the attached Senior Check-out sheet and the students signed a copy and submitted it to us at the end of the presentation. Each student was given a copy to review with you at home and to have you sign. These completed and signed copies must be returned to Ms. Galuppo by noon on Thursday, June 5th. A copy of this form is attached for your reference. Please pay particular attention to item #10 on this form. Any student whose behavior results in a suspendable disciplinary action will forfeit their graduation privileges, including their ability to walk in the graduation ceremony. Be sure to discuss this and the importance of appropriate behavior leading up to graduation with your senior. Seniors will take their finals on a different schedule than the rest of the school. Finals in periods 5, 6 and 7 will be taken before June 3rd and will be scheduled by each teacher. Finals in periods 1 and 2 will be taken on Monday, June 3rd and finals in periods 3 and 4 will be taken Tuesday, June 4th. Thursday, June 5th students are to report to the amphitheater at noon for their first graduation practice.
Students must be at the school by 3pm on Friday, June 6th to line up for the ceremony. Students will park in the back of campus. Parents, friends and relatives should plan to park at Carmel Middle School and take the shuttle to CHS. More information on parking will follow in later emails. This is a lot to process for one email. Please let us know if you have any questions and watch your email closely as there will be more correspondence about graduation in the coming weeks. Congratulations, parents. You did it! Sincerely, Rick L |
