59歲的知名音樂人袁惟仁（小胖老師）出道34年，8年前病倒後即在家中休養，去年又傳病情惡化，於2月2日上午10點42分與世長辭。他的家屬今發出訃聞，宣布告別式時間、地點以及長眠地，讓親友能好好送他最後一程。
袁惟仁的告別式安排在3月10日，於台北市懷愛館至忠三廳舉行，上午8點50分舉行殯葬彌撒、9點50分家祭後順時公祭，家屬懇辭奠儀、花圈、罐頭、陣頭、輓聯，若要致贈花籃請致電0921039703。
如有不克前往之親友，家屬在3月7、8日兩天的上午10點至下午3點，在國寶會館VIP室開放悼念，而袁惟仁火化後會安葬在新北市金山區蓬萊陵園。
