Paul,

I like a lot your 人肉三明治 article. It is true for out sourcing business too. Striving to find a way to satisfy customers and your team is an art but challenging. I think communication builds coordination which in turn builds cooperation. Once becoming part of a cooperative and understanding team with mutual trust, the人肉三明治are 80% there.

Hey Jerry,

Nice to have your response, a bit surprised though. How's it going with you?

you're absolutely right about the communications + coordinations = cooperations. I never stopped learning to perform better in this regard, but sometimes it is kind of hard for a senior old guy like me to show improvement, shoot!
