Some of the articles you wrote are really sad in a way.. but at the same time they reminded my childhood in Shihlin. Do you have any old pix of the suspension bridge that is no longer there? If you do can you post it? I used to live near the bridge and had lots of wonderful memories of the place..
came across your blog as i was searching my old elementary school.. what year did you graduate from Bailing Elementary School? I was suppose to graduate in 1978/1979 school year. But i left Taiwan in the summer of 1978 after i finished 5th grade.
Your posting really bring back some of memory of the old neighborhood that is still fresh in my mind after all these years.
