天生腸胃容易不舒服,或者吃壞肚子狂腹瀉?一般人普遍的會選擇在拉肚子時,改吃清淡粥品減緩腹瀉!不過徽姑娘營養師分享,除了吃清淡點的大方向外,只要遵照「低渣飲食」選擇精緻主食、去筋去皮的碎瘦肉、嫩葉蔬菜、去皮去籽的瓜類、纖維量少的水果,就能減少消化吸收後留於大腸內的殘渣,腸胃道充分休息的同時也能阻止營養素流失,讓腸胃早點恢復健康狀態。

徽姑娘表示,剛開始拉肚子時,最好先補充水以及電解質,接下來除了吃得清淡外,也可以嘗試低渣飲食,能讓腸胃避免受到機械性刺激好好休息,並且同時減少腸胃道的過度蠕動以及經消化吸收後留於大腸內的殘渣。

低渣飲食法中,可選擇好消化的精緻主食,像是白飯、稀飯、饅頭、麵條,但不要過多添加,並且避免非精緻的雜糧穀物,以免纖維量高刺激腸胃,像糙米、雜糧麵包、玉米、地瓜。建議蛋豆魚肉類要去筋去皮或是剁碎瘦肉,可選擇去皮魚肉、豬里肌、雞胸、雞腿、水煮蛋、蒸蛋;避免油脂含量高,或是經過煎炸的肉類,像是五花肉、雞翅、煎蛋、滷蛋。

蔬菜類要吃切翠的嫩葉蔬菜(菠菜、小白菜)、去皮去籽的瓜類(冬瓜、大黃瓜)、菇類;避免粗纖維的硬梗老葉(竹筍、芹菜)、容易脹氣的蔬菜(花椰菜、洋蔥)、沒煮過的生菜。

水果選擇纖維量少且去籽去皮的水果(香蕉、蓮霧、蘋果)、軟質的瓜類(木瓜、西瓜、哈密瓜);避免高纖維水果(火龍果、番茄)、加工類果乾。

最後徽姑娘提醒,有些人認為優格中的益菌有助於恢復腸胃功能,但乳製品中的乳糖實際上會刺激腸胃蠕動,反而使腹瀉狀況更加嚴重,建議牛奶、起司、優格、優酪乳、鮮奶油、冰淇淋都要先暫停食用。
