黑腳板帶來的自由與快樂：找回被大地接住的感覺

走在街上，偶爾低頭看看自己的腳底板，總是黑灰黑灰的。

很多人看到這樣的腳，可能會皺起眉頭。但對我來說，這沒什麼好擔憂的，因為回到家、用肥皂水洗一洗，一下子就乾淨了。

乾淨的腳，是沒見過世界的腳

為什麼有些人的腳底板永遠白白淨淨？那是因為，他們的腳已經很久很久沒有真正踩過地了。

那些腳沒踩過泥坑的濕潤，沒踏過草地的柔軟，也沒走過雨後濕漉漉的石板路。它們被厚厚的鞋底保護得太好，雖然維持了乾淨，卻也變得無比嬌氣——踩到一顆小石子就喊疼，碰到熱一點的地板就受不了。它們漸漸忘了，大地到底是什麼感覺。

當腳底板糊滿泥巴，心裡卻亮了

那天，我決定放縱一次，故意赤腳踩進泥巴地裡。

那一瞬間，冰涼的觸感從腳心直竄上來，我的腳趾頭不自覺地張開，用力地抓著泥土。腳縫裡塞滿了泥巴，指甲蓋裡嵌著黑，每踩一步，地上就留下一個完整而扎實的腳印。

那一刻，我感覺到自己的整個重量都被大地穩穩地接住了。那種踏實感，是穿著高級球鞋也感受不到的安心。

找回真實的連結

乾淨的腳，是沒見過世界的腳；黑過的腳，才真正踩過真實的土地。

別怕把腳底板弄髒。腳底板黑了，心裡反而亮了。 我就是喜歡這種腳底板髒黑的感覺，那是大自然留在我身上的吻痕，提醒著我，我還活在大地的懷抱裡。

Have you ever looked down at the soles of your feet after a walk and noticed they were covered in a layer of dust and dirt?

Many might frown at the sight of dark, dusty soles. But to me, it’s nothing to worry about. A quick wash with soap and water when I get home, and they are good as new.

Clean Feet Are Feet That Havent Seen the World

Why do some people always have spotless, pristine soles? It is simply because their feet haven’t truly touched the earth in a very long time.

They have never squelched through a muddy puddle, felt the cushion of a grassy lawn, or walked on rain-slicked stone pathways. Protected too well by shoes, their feet have become overly delicate. A tiny pebble makes them wince; a warm pavement makes them burn. They have completely forgotten what the ground actually feels like.

Mud Between the Toes, Light in the Soul

The other day, I intentionally walked barefoot in the mud.

The moment my bare soles met the earth, a cool sensation rushed up from the arches of my feet. My toes instinctively spread wide, gripping the soil. Mud filled the spaces between my toes, dirt rimmed my nails, and every step left a complete, grounded footprint behind.

In that instant, I felt my entire weight being firmly and safely caught by the earth. It was a deep, reassuring sense of stability.

True Connection

Clean feet are feet that have never met the world; feet with darkened soles are the ones that have truly walked upon it.

Dont be afraid to get your soles dirty. When your feet are dark and dusty, your heart becomes bright and light. I’ve grown to love the comforting smudge of dirt on my feet—it is natures signature, reminding me that I am alive and held by the earth.
