小熊先發投手Matt Swarmer12日先發對上洋基，慘遭洋基打線痛擊，單場挨了6發「紅不讓」，追平隊史最慘紀錄。

Swarmer首局面對的第1名打者正是聯盟全壘打王「法官」賈吉（Aaron Judge），賈吉毫不客氣，首打席就用全壘打當作送給Swarmer的見面禮，接著4局「怪力男」史坦頓（Giancarlo Stanton）和托瑞斯（Gleyber Torres）「背靠背」開轟，加上5局崔維尼歐（Jose Trevino）和瑞佐（Anthony Rizzo）也各敲1@發陽春砲，賈吉更敲出單場第2轟，讓Swarmer留下5局失6分，挨6轟的成績。

事實上，Swarmer5月底才上到大聯盟，本場比賽僅是他生涯第3場先發，而他在6月5日才剛拿下生涯首勝，當時他面對紅雀，主投6局飆出5次三振，僅失1分，風光奪下勝投，沒想到相隔一週遇到聯盟龍頭洋基，竟被打得如此悽慘。

Swarmer成為小熊隊史單場挨最多全壘打的球員，和1884年的Tom Lee並列最史最慘，同時Swarmer也成為大聯盟歷史上第2位單場被擊出6發陽春砲的投手，前一人是1932年的Sloppy Thurston。
