聊城大学回应学生被强制派往工厂实习：撤回学生

...在中国之声微博里，也接到多个爆料。一位山东某学院电子商务专业的学生称，学校以“工学交替”的名义，要求学生去一家科技公司上课，实际上是当客服接热线，工作时长六个月，不去不发毕业证；江西某学院的一位学生家长反映，商务英语专业的学生被派去江苏淮安的一家酒店实习，其实就是做服务员；某大学长城学院土木工程专业的学生透露，他去苏州的一家电子厂实习过三个月零三个星期，“中介公司旺季会给社会工四五千元的返费，学生工没有。学生们不大愿意去，因为跟专业没关系，我们是土木工程专业。”　

针对微博中反映的情况，记者将和学校以及当地进一步核实了解。

　　记者梳理一些案例发现，强制实习和专业无关，学校通过中介赚取费用，工作时间长、强度大是共性。一位高校教师表示，实习是人才培养的要求，而找到大量接受学生的实习单位并不容易。工厂成为能接受数以百千计学生的选择之一。而且，中介公司会给学校一笔费用。去工厂实习既赚钱又能完成实习，成为当下很多高校、尤其是大中专院校的普遍做法。聊城大学实习事件中，劳务中介环宇公司陈先生说：“我介绍人去厂里上班，介绍人会支付我一笔费用，不是我从学生那里扣钱，不排除学校会赚这笔钱。中职和高职还多一点，本科的确很少。”

　　工厂竟成高校实习基地！面对已经遍地开花的实习乱象，教育部门应该如何管理和规范？中国之声将继续关注。

--it is a serious problem not just schools but not so many 专业相关 jobs for all 专业 school students.  it also happened in Canada schools, most 专业 jobs offered by usa companies, that's why Canada always kept their mouth shut. most of their students have to find summer vacation jobs by themselves, when students couldn't find 专业相关 jobs, even car dealer offered job counted. it better than no job experiences. besides now a days you always can find the link with your 专业相关 if students pay attention in stead of spoiled kids.

however 工厂 should obey the regulation--pay the salary, can't force over-working.

as school you can give low(or 0) 实习 scores for those students didn't work during summer vacation, less chance to issue recommand letters after they graduated but not threaton them can't graduated if only if they passed.

As students i would say better than yourself looking jobs but cheated or fall into rat company's traps. my personal opinions even maynot 专业相关 jobs you still can find a chance to learn or provide what you found the 工厂 weak points and how to improve. didn't many people desire have more than one 专业 so if economic down or laid off ...you have another skill ? the worst is fancy 白领 jobs which you hardly can keep jobs till retire. the most can make lots moeny is 工厂/ 蓝领 jobs especially for well educated running a 工厂.

my family was not rich, i worked for family-type iron-related job when i was high school student(my best classmate knew the family and introduced). i was private student's(high school mathematics) teacher which my 学姐 passed to me(i'm appreciated). after i graduated my best beauty classmate offered the job news for me.

when i studied in USC, another female from Indo student passed over computer center teacher assistant for 大学学生. 

i was lucky always have classmates, even not familiar  学姐, Indo 留学生 helped me.  but how many you can get help or find decent jobs by yourself? 

when i returned form usa i went to a private company who suppose find job for me and i did pay but was cheated. our family didn't have background, i was lucky found a job running by my same school 学长, my major was digital image processing and hardly any company working on that field in taiwan, and later it sold to a big IT9system integration) company which i worked for 10? years, my most achievements because the director (later became the smartest boss i met) gave a chance to be software leader for CHia Yi 酒厂.

to me as software engineer, any field can be linked with software. my projects are very variety. And always over-time working without pay but companies bosses also gave me chance and wanted me work for them after resigned.

Safety is the most important !!

if you as students suffered serious prblems caused by looking wrong jobs during summer vacation would you and your parents sue the schools or request schools be respobsible that they have no way guarantee your safety?

maybe the last possible way is ony very few schools requested 专业实习 like Canada, then the few schools became famous and hot top 3 which almost 100% guarantee jobs after graudated. the one my younger nephew entered top university requested 5 years.

those usa companies in Canada have plan for how many jobs vacancy need in each year, if they need 5 they offer 10-15 for summer vacation jobs for schools after students graduated only give the 5 jobs for the best qualified from 10-15. certainly their salary is lower during summer vacation working, and quite low end jobs. never heard noice but quite happy their jobs almost guarantee after graduate.

i hope china companies do the same way, have plans in advance and hire those working for you during summer vacation. even you offered quite low end jobs and lower rate students won't complaints at all.

--when my younger nephew worked for car dealer nearby his mom's house. I called my sister how much the younger nephew gave to her, she told me 白吃白住, 和朋友出去玩, 赚不够伸手跟她要钱.. in the end he did buy a flower as gift for her then back to school.
we all laught no one really care about it. it is all about 实习 scores. however after he bought a car he knew quite well how to DIY(do it yourself).

after my husband lost job and became contractor thru MODIS find jobs for him. MODIS took 50% of his hour rate. however it was between MODIS and hiring company, so his income 50% less than before. MODIS still offer 401K after certain period(3? yeare) and health insurance(better than nothing).

很多学生认为，来这里实习跟他们本科所学专业关系不大，“没有直接关系，但老师的解释是只有贴近了工人才能了解安全，但是我们这样工作，哪有时间去了解工人。”

--in fact you already knew 工人, 1.工人 work for 昆山康佳电子有限公司 /苏州佳世达科技有限公司2.工作?小时, 工作时间 白班/夜班 3.手上起泡指头磨破都是零件磨损(believe me i knew how pain it is, quite earlier desk top computer i had frequently repairing chips/replace IC board) 4.普工的工资是每小时17元... if you have chance atelunch/dinner with them, you should know what they ate, how much they spent for lunch/dinner...

刘予心(化名)是吉林一所高校的2014级本科生，平日里她总是把事情拖到截止日期前一天才完成。临近毕业，她有一堆事情需要处理，“申请国外研究生还在进程中，毕业论文只想了思路完全没有其他进展，想考驾照还没有开始学……我正在实习，能挤出的时间很少。”其实，刘予心原本有保研资格，但她选择了放弃，希望走一条“不寻常”的路。看到身边保研的同学进入假期，自己留学的院校还没有确定，就陷入了焦虑。“我没办法向同班同学倾吐我的焦虑，他们都知道我签下了保研放弃书，认为我没有任何焦虑，但其实现在我焦虑到想去看心理医生。”她说。刘予心以前是一个完全不喜欢社交网络、不相信虚拟世界的人，因为大四过度焦虑，她特地注册了一个微博小号，专门用于发泄自己心中的焦虑。她说：“2017年底，整个朋友圈都在刷自己的年度总结，我翻了翻我的微博小号，里面全都是自己在图书馆写的东西，几乎每一次都是一边哭一边写。”她在微博上认识了一个女孩，刘予心把自己所有的心事都分享给这位网友，“这是我唯一可以稍微缓解焦虑的方式。”她说。

--if i were you i would 随遇而安 and take 保研, especially as female.

卢显聚已经工作一年了，回忆起毕业前的日子，他说：“在那段时间，我总是梦到自己没有拿到毕业证，没有拿到offer，一直在面试。”卢显聚在大三时转专业，一学期有20多门课，几乎没有时间参加毕业实习，但如果想要拿到offer，多数公司都要求3个月以上的实习，那时课程和实习时间的冲突让他焦头烂额。“课程压力在大四下学期得到了缓解，我就把更多精力放在投简历上。”他说。作为过来人，卢显聚认为“毕业焦虑”是没有必要的，“顺其自然即可。饭要一口一口吃，事情要一件一件做，不要陷入焦虑，只有把事情做完焦虑才会消失。”他说。

读书深造？直接工作？毕业去向不明确

　　中国高校传媒联盟的调查结果显示，52.08%的受访者因毕业去向没有确定感到焦虑，纠结于读书深造还是直接工作。

　　何佳佳(化名)是浙江一所高校的大四学生，2017年底，她参加了2017年硕士研究生招生考试。为了这场考试，她准备了整整一年。考试结束后，她不仅没有感到轻松，反而焦虑起来，“满脑子都是我的分数可能是多少，每天都在预估考多少分才能达到国家线，这种焦虑真的不知道怎么形容。”何佳佳表示，自己在考试中没有发挥好，“如果真的没考好，我完全不知道自己毕业后该干什么。”

无独有偶，天津一所高校化学专业大四的周子申也在等待2017年硕士研究生招生考试结果。“我从大二开始想跨专业考研，缘起于跟着学长去实验室做项目。我看到他们做实验，觉得那不是我想要的生活，同时我也觉得自己做实验的能力不强。”他回忆，起初选择跨考的专业有中文、传媒和应用统计，“家人听说我想跨专业考研时，非常反对。最后我还是决定考应用统计的研究生，家人也选择了支持。”周子申说：“这次考研，我觉得自己发挥得还行，应该可以通过初试。”现在他基本每天待在实验室里做毕业设计，同时还要为即将到来的复试和春招做准备。“考上就读研，考不上就工作吧。”他还没确定毕业的最终去向。

--haaa i never like 统计 but my 1st job was 统计-related, using SSPS(?) software to analysis the rain, temperature, humidity... and the rice harvest relation. called as  regression recursive?  however  统计 is very important to analysis huge datas could apply in every field. i would say it is a good choice if you like  统计.

张洁盈是浙江一所高校金融专业的大四学生，前不久在一家企业的面试中，她被淘汰了。她原本以为是因为自己学历较低才被淘汰，得知跟她一起面试的“海归硕士”也被淘汰后，她有些迷惑。“我们专业本科毕业后通常只能从销售做起，而我的目标是更高的职位，以现在的学历确实很难拿到offer。但从参加的面试情况来看，我不确定读书深造提升学历之后就一定能拿到offer。”距离毕业还有不到半年时间，张洁盈还没确定自己是否要踏入职场。

--海归硕士 in the past is quite valuable because they must study very hard. after so many kids easy went to usa, 海归硕士 are not high value any more because you can quite easy enter in usa schools, many usa schools are not as good as china's.

the most important is do you have interesting in study, and know which field you really like. i didn't plan to get master at all, because some courses(especially physics 3修)  just passed. if i like the professors i got high scores, if i don't like then 3修 or just passed.

i decided after i worked 2-3 years. 

　　即将进入职场，面临“选择困难症”

　　陈瑞(化名)是北京一所高校的2016级硕士研究生，她将在今年7月毕业。她找工作的目标很明确，希望得到一个北京户口，“未来留在北京发展，有户口非常重要。如果我找不到有北京户口的工作，就换个城市发展。”

　　陈瑞最近在实习，如果可以顺利留下来，有机会拿到北京户口，“同一个岗位的实习生有好几个，还有留学归来的，我觉得自己不占优势。但是如果我不继续实习，就更没有机会了。”尽管她还在现在的单位实习，但心里很没底，“不能‘在一棵树上吊死’，我也在找其他工作。”陈瑞说，“马上就要毕业了，什么都没定下来，很急躁。”

--does it so important 留在北京发展? i was living in taipei but my 1st job was in 新竹. if i had another chance i would stay in 新竹 and marry to the 中兴大学 tall, handsom colleague(i was told that's the reason they wanted me so can keep the young man stayed, unfortunatately i had ambition wanted to take 6 mon computer training and quit the job, only wish i had not much interesting in computer). 

今年7月，李芳芳(化名)将从上海一所高校毕业。2017年11月，她就确定了工作，最近专心忙于修改论文，等待毕业后入职。她表示自己已经度过了最焦虑的日子，“2017年9月我开始投简历，我的目标是毕业后去一家大公司，毕竟是进入职场的第一份工作，希望平台广、起点高。投简历那段日子很焦虑，生怕找不到好工作。”她说。

　　在李芳芳看来，找工作会焦虑是必然的，每个毕业生都能找到工作，主要看是否符合自己的预期，“没有最好，只有更好，找工作很容易不满足。”她表示自己属于“广投简历”的那类人，“我拿到了6个offer，选择的时候也非常纠结，多方面对比后，才选择了最终确定的这家单位。”

　　石瑶谈道：“毕业焦虑是一种共性，英文也有这个词‘Graduation anxiety’，说明这是全世界青年所遇到的问题。多数同学会感到焦虑，起因是个人选择一条路就选择了一个挑战。每个人在作出人生选择的时候都意味着肩负了承担后果的责任，在跳出舒适区时都需要足够的勇气与自我认同感。有些学生由于自我认知不足，所以在作出人生选择时徘徊不定，耗费了很多的精力。”在石瑶看来，与其纠结于选择，不如把视角转到如何才能解决纠结的问题、把握好自己的人生。“先到你想去的地方，然后再到你应该去的地方。”她说。

　　针对如何预防毕业焦虑，石瑶认为，大学期间做好职业生涯规划十分必要。“很多学校都开设了相关课程或者工作坊、讲座。同学们要学习正确的方法，然后花时间好好思考、规划未来的职业生涯，给自己画一份蓝图；通过专业咨询、网络信息查找、实践体验、经验交流、职业人士访谈各种方式，找出自己对职业发展困惑的地方；注意和师长、家人、朋友的沟通，感情的依托可以让自己更强大。”石瑶说，“在面对毕业焦虑时候，希望同学们自己找到答案。当一时解答不出的时候，请大家勇敢尝试，只有试过了才知道。保持扬长避短、虚心学习的心态，反思并寻找更有效率的工作方式，提高自身能力，获得个人成就感。”  　浙江财经大学 柴若月 南开大学 伍玉婷 中国青年报·中青在线记者 范雪
