而到目前為止各廠都沒有發現重大的機台損害。TrendForce指出，產線破片和爐管破損都在統計中，估計廠商後續皆能透過趕工將產能補回，基本上無重大災情發生。另外則是關於近期市場關注的AI供應狀況，由於NVIDIA晶片採用的4nm製程都在台積電(2330)南科生產，儘管該廠人員未進行疏散，但有部分機台需停機檢查，預估經調校後能儘速恢復運作，整體影響可控。 記憶體的部分，TrendForce分析，由於Micron的DRAM產能主要集中在台灣地區，因此該公司率先停止DRAM報價，災後的損失評估後再度啟動第二季合約價談判。 除此之外，Samsung、SK hynix也跟進停止報價，儘管兩大供應商並沒有DRAM生產位於台灣地區，但也希望觀望後市後再行動。另一方面，由於記憶體現貨市場的DRAM與NAND Flash已數周呈現需求疲軟態勢，因此雖然有地震發生，造成Micron與南亞科(2408)有停機狀況，但目前因現貨貨源仍顯充足，現貨價格並未在3日產生劇烈波動，整體僅限小幅上漲格局，買氣仍然清淡。 TrendForce研判，短期DRAM現貨價格會有小幅漲幅，但需求疲弱態勢不變，漲價的延續性有待觀察。同時，因為DRAM供應商目前大致處於停止報價階段，模組廠也已在3日跟進停止報價。 熱門點閱 »
